Engaging personal story about a young man who serves as a radar operator in WWII. Impeccably researched - although this reader was too engrossed in the story to think much about this. The author brings truly remarkable scenes to vivid and breathtaking life - all those war ships gathered in a harbour! As a person who's not that keen on reading about war, I loved this story which is both a compelling work of fiction and an important record of a significant time in our history.Product details
